- CCTV recordings in common areas for security monitoring.

Your information is collected and used for:
- Verifying identity and maintaining tenant records.
- Ensuring security and safety of all residents.

- Contacting you or your emergency contact in urgent situations.
- Compliance with local laws and police verification (if required).
