Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the stay of tenants (“Resident/You”) at the Paying Guest (PG) Accommodation (“Premises”). By occupying a room/bed in the PG, you agree to comply with all the following terms:

1. Admission & Documentation

  • Valid government-issued ID proof and recent passport-size photographs must be submitted at the time of admission.
  • Residents must provide emergency contact details and other required information as requested by management.

2. Rent & Payment

  • Rent shall be paid in advance on or before the 5th of every month.
  • Payment must be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer (details will be provided).
  • Late payment beyond the due date may attract a penalty of ₹100 per day.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of ₹2,000 must be paid at the time of admission.
  • A maintenance fee of ₹2,000 must be paid at the time of admission and this fees of ₹2,000 is non refundable.
  • The deposit will be refunded at the time of vacating, after deducting any dues, damages, or penalties.
  • Refund will not be made if the resident leaves without serving the notice period.

4. Notice Period

  • A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given before vacating.
  • Failure to give notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

5. Food & Utilities

  • Food (if provided) will follow fixed timings. Wastage of food is discouraged.
  • Electricity, water, and internet charges are included in the rent up to a reasonable usage limit. Excessive usage may be charged separately.

6. House Rules

  • Visitors are strictly prohibited in the rooms. Guests (if permitted) must be approved by management.
  • Guest accommodation can be provided (based on availability) with an additional charges of Rs. 400/- per day. There will be Rs. 1000/- fine for any guest in your room without management permision.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly banned on the premises.
  • Use the PG resources responsibly, Please make sure that all the LIGHTS, FAN, TV, GEYSER Etc., are switched off before you leave the room.
  • No Friends / Guests / Parents are allowed without management permission, you must escort your guest.
  • Residents must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms and common areas.
  • Cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited (if kitchen facilities are provided separately, they must be used responsibly).
  • Noise levels should be kept low to avoid disturbing others.

7. Security & Conduct

  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance is in place for safety; residents are expected to cooperate.
  • Management will not be responsible for loss/theft of personal belongings. Residents are advised to keep valuables safely.
  • Any form of misconduct, misbehavior, or illegal activity will lead to immediate termination without refund.

8. Maintenance & Damages

  • Residents must promptly report any maintenance issues.
  • Any damage to PG property (furniture, electrical fittings, walls, appliances, etc.) will be recovered from the resident.
  • Alterations to the premises (nailing walls, stickers, etc.) are not allowed.

9. Check-in/Check-out

  • The gates will be closed by 10-30 p.m. those who are working in shifts should inform us the working schedules in advance.
  • Check-in time can vary depending on work schedule.
  • If in circumstances, when you are not able to return to the accomodation, you will be liable to inform the management for safety and security purposes.

10. Management Rights

  • The management reserves the right to revise rent or charges with prior notice.
  • If PG owner is not satisfied with the Guest Behavior (with both PG Owner Room Mates), he is asked to vacate the the PG immediately without any notice. Deposit & Rent Paid cannot be refunded.
  • Relocate residents within the premises if necessary.
  • Terminate the stay of any resident violating these terms without refund.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only.
